Orders must be received to us by 12 for same day dispatch.
Orders posted on a Friday will be sent at the customers own risk.
Guaranteed next day services (ie TNT or Special Delivery) require a signature on receipt. If nobody is in to sign when the first delivery attempt is made the goods will not be guaranteed.
If a request has been made to leave a parcel (ie leave on doorstep) we will not guarantee if the parcel contains perishable items.
In extreme weather conditions we reserve the right not to send parcels.
Frozen orders must be sent on a next day before 12.00 delivery and can not be guaranteed anywhere outside the UK mainland and certain parts of Scotland.
If you select TNT as your delivery choice, but are unable to be in for Delivery, you MUST leave a note on the door stating that you are happy for TNT to leave the package.
This note must be removeable so that the TNT driver can take it - they will not leave packages otherwise.
Please note that long items (over 24") can not be sent by Royal Mail (such as vivariums, long UV tubes, long feeding tongs, flexariums and long vines)
TNT do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Delivery options:
First Class post - not guaranteed next day - the Royal Mail will only pay compensation for a missing item after 4 working days
Special Delivery - Guaranteed next day but not timed
TNT before 12 - Guaranteed before 12 but not to all parts of Scotland
TNT Next Day - Guaranteed before 6
